Vintage Vehicles Antique and Classic Car Show
Owners of antique and classic vehicles may register by calling 203-925-1803 or visiting www.sheltonhistoricalsociety.org. Awards given. Visitors may tour the buildings at history center, have refreshments and vote for favorite vehicles. Admission: $1 for dads, $5 for adults and $10 for family.

Wandering in China
Travel writer, photographer and Shelton resident J.M. Bhandary will share scenes from his trip exploring Beijing, Shanghai, Xian (home of the Terracotta soldiers), cruising down the Yangtze River and crossing the Three River Gorges Dam. He is originally from Mangalore and his wife, Hilkka Bhandary, is from Finland. Jay and Hilkka have been residents of Shelton for the past 37 years.

Pancake breakfast fundraiser
A pancake breakfast fundraiser hosted by Knights of Columbus St. Lawrence Monsignor Joseph Fitzgerald Council #14014, will be Sunday, June 9, 8–11 a.m. at the St. Lawrence School gymnasium, 503 Shelton Avenue.
Cost is $5 per person, and includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage, bacon, orange juice and coffee. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Sterling House in Stratford.
