The proposed Perry Hill Estates subdivision would include 24 new homes on new roads, with access from Perry Hill Road (on the right) as well as perhaps Walnut Avenue (on the top left side). Common areas to protect three wetland locations at the site would be overseen by a homeowners’ association. In this map, the new homes are in brown, the new roads are in gray, the wetlands are in green, and the existing watercourse is in blue (the two ponds in blue would be built as part of the project to detain water).
