The Shelton High football team defeated Notre Dame of West Haven, 34-8, at Veterans’ Stadium in West Haven on Friday night.
Quarterback Mark Piccirillo passed for 205 yards and rushed for 95, leading Shelton (3-2) to the SCC Division I victory.
Eddie Kochiss hauled in a pair of touchdown receptions, while Jagger Kalagian and Matt Feigenblatt rushed for scores to power the Gaels.
Piccirillo added a two-yard scoring run.
