Paul Antinozzi, president of the Housatonic Community College Foundation Board of Directors, has announced the incoming officers of the foundation board.
Robert Mihalcik Jr. is the foundation treasurer and is a Shelton resident. Mihalcik is senior vice president, head of deposit operations and chief operations officer at RBS Citizens in Bridgeport. He is a graduate of Fairfield University.
