An 18-year-old Shelton who was allegedly sexually involved with a 13-year-old, was charged with sexual assault in the second degree.
Ryan Tice of 10 Regent Drive turned himself in on a warrant Friday. He was also charged with one count of risk of injury to a minor.
Police investigation began in February, after School Resource Officer Brian McPadden learned the juvenile had allegedly been sexually involved with Tice, according to a release from Shelton Police Sgt. Kevin Ahern.
Police are not releasing any other information so as to protect the identity of the juvenile.
